ORLANDO, Fla.-- The Anthony family's private investigator will have to answer questions under oath in the case against Casey Anthony, but he'll get more time to prepare.

Private Investigator Dominic Casey was set to be deposed on Thursday, but it's been pushed back until December 16. Dominic Casey filed a motion (read) on October 21, to stop his November deposition.

Dominic has been trying to get out of the deposition. He says because he once worked for Casey’s defense team, he shouldn't have to answer any questions.

Dominic Casey was videotaped in the woods near the Anthony [color:88f3=#739912 !important][color:88f3=#739912 !important]family [color:88f3=#739912 !important]home in November, one month before Caylee Anthony’s remains were found there on December 11.

Hope everyone is finding strength today to get well and find comfort in the daily trials of life. Life can be very tough at times, but there is always a lesson learned in the end. I have been in a similar circumstance as Mish, so I know the emotions and hurt she is feeling right now. Something you never expect from a person to do that changes your whole life and how you deal with things after that point.

Doing laundry right now and almost done with it TG.. Going to jump in shower once I have a good water supply again (when laundry done) and then meet my Mom for dinner tonight. Catch up with all of you after that..

well, found out the mom knocked out the baby before drowning her...dennis called lupe again, she is at the coroners now....mom in jail...omg, i don't know what to say....
she tried taking her & kids lives on frwy in the summer....why was she allowed to be with them...dammit!!! system failed again.
poor dennis...may try to see him tomorrow...

Oh, Shels! I am so sorry for your friend! He and his family will be in my prayers.

Feeling some better this evening - I think the sinus infection I've been fighting has settled in my lungs and is wearing me down. That and the arthritic pain, non stop. I guess I'm going to have to go get another steroid shot.

SO I deleted some of my halloween emotions but haven't loaded up many replacements ~ was kind of waitng for Daley to help me with it she has better links to them

I pretty much caught up on sleep and brushed out 2 horses. played with dogs this morning and spent time with new cat in house one of Cam's friends is staying here and brought her. She is a really fun feline.
