We believe that releasing some of the information we’ve found out advances the investigation. And particularly the way that we think this will advance it is that Misty’s family now knows about this information that I’m telling you now about Hank. We hope that the family or maybe Misty by her own conscience, if there is a discrepancy, that if she was indeed not home or she wants to explain why Hank banged on the door, with no response we want to hear Misty’s side of that,” said Major Bowling.

Major Bowling went on to say that on the Saturday following the interview with Hank Jr., Misty voluntarily came into the Sheriff’s Office for questioning. But, he says she did not talk discuss Hank Jr.’s interview.

“Misty is the type that if you ask her a question that she doesn’t want to answer, she reminds us she has a lawyer,” said Bowling.

Action News spoke with Misty’s lawyer on Tuesday. Robert Fields tells us Misty is out of town and will be for the next few days. He says Misty is sticking to her story that she was home the night Haleigh disappeared. He also says he believes the story Hank Jr. is telling deputies is not true. Fields says as soon as the Sheriff’s Office contacts him to do a formal interview with Misty, he will be glad to consider it.

“We’ve said for some time now, quite unapologetically, that we think that Misty has some information that she needs to tell us, and it’s information like this just like this that she needs to clarify so we can understand better what she was doing that evening. If Misty, who is represented by attorney Robert Fields, if they want to come down here, we would love to ask her some questions specifically and narrowly about that evening,” said Major Bowling.

Major Bowling also talked about Misty’s cell phone. Action News asked him if he could use GPS technology to track down exactly where Misty was the night Haleigh disappeared. Major Bowling wouldn’t go into details, but says they are investigating those facts.

“There are some things we can do with electronics, and there were some problems with the electronics…that’s about as far as I can go into that…there’s some things we’re still working on trying to get cleared up in regards to electronic intelligence,” said Major Bowling.

Oh would love that! My brother just called forgot I told him I would go out to dinner at 6, called and tried to cancel, he got all bummed out and is leaving Cape tomorrow so I am going
trainer just left. Ribbon did excellent! she was working on transitioning. You should have seen her went right into the canter on voice command on long lines looked so pretty!

Haleigh Update: Prevatt's Jail Letter, WBG Arrested, Released

There was a flurry of activity in Putnam County overnight. It started with the appearance of mysterious letter from a Putnam County Jail inmate that could shed light as to why a pond was drained over the weekend in the search for missing a missing Satsuma girl. The other was the drug charge arrest of a man whose name has been mentioned a few times in relation to the stepmother of 6-year-old missing Haleigh Cummings.

Haleigh Cummings has been missing since February and was under the supervision of her babysitter--now stepmom Misty Croslin-Cummings the night she vanished.

Sources for Private Investigator William "Cobra" Staubs intercepted this "letter" allegedly written by Kristina Rene "Nay Nay" Prevatt from the Putnam County Jail to her to boyfriend. Prevatt is a partying acquaintance of Misty Croslin-Cummings and had been with her

97.3 the Sky sent this "letter" to investigators for their reactions. Putnam County Major Gary Bowling Wednesday told The Sky, " We don’t think the letter is worth reacting to."

If this letter is what it is purported to be, this "information" might have led to the draining of the L pond at the Mondex over the weekend.

97.3 The SKY spoke with Haleigh Cummings' paternal grandmother Teresa Neves about this letter. Neves says she is aware of the man identified as "Joe Psycho" in the letter. Neves sighed and told WSKY that this man named "Joe" has had some credibility issues.

Greg Page is the man Misty Croslin-Cummings had allegedly shared a sex and drug binge with days before Haleigh Cummings disappeared.

Greg Page was taken into custody last night just after 11 p.m. on possession of marijuana and cocaine and released a short time later.

Page's mother told The Sky that when he son was taken into custody, he was put on the telephone with an FDLE officer who she said asked him what he knew about Haleigh Cummings. Page said, "Nothing."

well, this morning as lyssie & I were getting ready...she said "Mommy, you have weight...you are like that lady ruby on t.v."...I said "Oh sweets, you are so right"....after I dropped her at school, I was going to market for groceries...but on the way...I parked my butt along the park and walked laps for 20 mins., it was pretty warm...but I am determined to loose a good 45 lbs....NO more starbucks!!!

those poor people in Atlanta...my home...my heart breaks for that daddy that lost his 2 y/o...

I hope they are able to trace activity pings on hillbillies cells...esp misty on nite haleigh vanished...

hey Donnie i got interrigated byt he detectives again about the Haleigh case.
u are not going to belive what they told me
they said your friend Joe (???) went to the detectives and wrote a sworn afidavid that i was with Misty

white boy greg and haleigh and jr the night of haleighs disaperance which you know i was at your house
well anyways he said that we were all over at a party at chads house and Haleigh got a hold of some oxycotton
and died. we spossedly freaked out and greg put her in a black bag in my car and we took her to a pond by
the mondex. the detectives got my car from the junkyard yesterday to do some csi dna ****. when you see your
friend you need to ask him why the **** would he make up some bull**** like that and put me in the middle
of a homicide investigation! I am going to slap that mother****er in the face if i ever see him
