Anything told by him or Casey he would find that privileged?
Objection
Judge sustained and ruled
DC says he was retained by Cindy and George in 7/08 but not formal until 9/08 in which was the 3rd engagement letter.
Criminal charges against George and Cindy? They are going round and round back and forth
Question is In DC"s mind he did think in his mind there was a criminal charge against G&A, was it a concern of his and answer is it was not a specific concern

http://www.actionnewsjax.com/content/topstories/story/Exclusive-Misty-and-Ronald-Cummings-in-court/gqJzYDaKEUOcDezqLUlMFQ.cspx
PALATKA, Fla. -- Misty and Ronald Cummings appeared in court Wednesday morning fighting a battle to insure Misty's brother, Hank Croslin, Jr., stays away from her.
A judge ordered Croslin to stay at least 500 feet from Cummings, make no contact with her and told him he can never own a gun. A temporary restraining order with similar guidelines had previously been filed, but Cummings fought to make it permanent.
Misty and Ronald entered the courtroom together and sat about 10 feet from Hank Croslin Jr. and his mother. Neither made eye contact the entire time of the hearing. The hearing lasted only a few minutes and Hank Croslin Jr. only made one statement to the judge in reference to the restraining order.
"I want her to, she can go ahead and have her injunction…I don’t want nothing to do with her, I’m actually moving to Massachusetts so it's fine, she can have it," said Hank Jr.
The judge asked Misty's lawyer if she objected to Hank Jr. allowing the injunction to go through. She said no, and the order was signed.
Neither Ronald or Misty Cummings had a comment on the ruling leaving the courthouse, but Misty told Action News cameras she feels the attention is taking away from finding Haleigh.
"It’s not important, Haleigh’s what’s important," said Misty as she walked by our cameras.
Hank Croslin Jr. and his mother had much more to say about the injunction hearing after Misty and Ronald left the courthouse.
"I’ve never done anything wrong to her, but I just let her have it. I don’t want nothing to do with her anymore," said Hank Jr.
Misty's mother spoke to Action News saying for the first time, she believes her daughter knows more about what happened to Haleigh than she's letting on.
"Deep down in my heart yes I think my daughter’s holding something back. And her husband. I think they both are holding something back. That’s just in my heart," said Misty's mother.
"I’m going to tell her I love her, and if you know anything at all, please tell me. I mean, we can work I t through, I’ll be there by your side, we can work through it, but please tell us what you’re holding back," she said.

Misty Cummings also said in the petition that her brother has "a criminal history involving violence," and she was afraid because Hank Croslin "owns ... a .45-caliber handgun and (a) hunting rifle."
As part of the file, Misty Cummings wrote a letter describing what happened on Aug. 5, saying her parents and brother came to her home and "a fight started (between Hank and Ronald)."
She said in the letter that after the fight was broken up, "my brother came up to me and took (his) hand in a fist and hit me on the left side of my face and head. ... I am afraid of my brother because he is violent and crazy. ... I feel that he will hurt me."
Included in the file was a picture taken after the fight showing a knot on Misty Cumming's head and bruises on her chest.
Hank Croslin refused to comment about the restraining order.
Outside the home, the family was having a yard sale. Misty Cumming's mother said the family is moving to Massachusetts, where one of her other sons lives.
OH NO! Help Us!!!!Their moving here on the Cape!

Ellen DeGeneres Named New 'American Idol' Judge
Wed Sep 9, 5:42 PM PDT
Ellen DeGeneres is the new full-time judge on "American Idol."
The TV talk show host announced the news during a taping of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday that she is the new "Idol" judge, filling a seat left vacant by Paula Abdul, who chose not to return to the show last month.

"I have a big announcement to make. No one knows this. I just finally got the OK ... just moments ago to announce this to you today...I am going to be the new judge on 'American Idol,'" Ellen told her audience on Wednesday afternoon, for her show which will air on Thursday.
Although Ellen is known for being one of the funniest ladies on television, the news was no joke, as the announcement was confirmed to Access Hollywood by a rep for FOX.

Hugh Hefner files for divorce in LA
LOS ANGELES – After more than a decade of separation, Hugh Hefner is seeking an official return to his bachelor status. The Playboy founder filed for divorce on Friday from his wife and former Playmate, Kimberly.
Hefner is asking a judge to order him to pay Kimberly Conrad Hefner $20,000 a month in spousal support. That would be half of the $40,000 a month that the Playboy founder has been paying her since they separated in 1998, the records state.
He wants the monthly payments to end in two years, or after a trial on the couple's divorce is held, whichever comes first.

Former reality television star Nicole Richie welcomed her second child Wednesday, a baby boy named Sparrow James Midnight, the 27-year-old starlet announced.
LOS ANGELES (AFP) - An animal rights television commercial featuring former Playboy centerfold Pamela Anderson has been deemed too racy for US airports, a statement said Wednesday.
The ad features former "Baywatch" star Anderson as a scantily clad airport security guard who strips passengers of leather, fur and other skins.
Oil prices rose to almost $72 a barrel Thursday, helped by a weaker U.S. dollar, steady [color:fb9b=#000]OPEC production levels and a new report predicting a less severe slump this year in global oil demand.
Preacher says God wanted him to hijack Mexican jet
Jose Flores, a 44-year-old Bolivian preacher who lives in Mexico, had gotten the word from God that he had to warn Mexicans of an impending disaster — an earthquake "like none there has ever been," he told reporters after being hustled off the plane by police without anyone being injured.
NASA scientists showed off spectacular new pictures from the Hubble Space Telescope Wednesday, a stunning gallery of remote galaxies, a stellar nursery, an enormous globular cluster packed with countless pinpoint stars, and a dying sun blowing off its outer atmosphere in butterfly-like wings of debris.

The pictures clearly show the fabled telescope is back in action, ready to resume its role as one of the most productive observatories on or off the planet, thanks to a dramatic five-spacewalk shuttle repair mission last May.
"Every field of astrophysics, whether it's our local neighborhood of planets, nearby stars and their attendant planets, galaxies, clusters of galaxies, out to the edge of the universe, every field has questions that are awaiting the power of Hubble," said Heidi Hammel, senior research scientist at the Space Science Institute in Boulder, Colo. "You're only getting the tiniest taste of what the astronomers are planning to do with Hubble over as many years as it can last.
"We're giddy with the quality of the data that we have with this new telescope," she said. "We're especially excited to have the spectrographic data restored to Hubble. ... We are entering a new era of astronomy. Hubble's new beginning is just setting the stage for what's going to be coming."

Five critical updates issued by Microsoft
Eight Windows flaws all fixed
By Gregg Keizer | Computerworld US
Published: 06:03 GMT, 09 September 09
Microsoft has delivered five critical security updates, patching eight Windows vulnerabilities. The flaw include one in the JavaScript engine that ships with every supported version of the company's operating system.
The other vulnerabilities lie in a pair of Windows Media Player file formats; in Windows' implementation of TCP/IP, the Web's default suite of connection protocols; and in the operating system's wireless network's automatic-configuration service.
"The fog of last week has cleared, but what we're seeing today is a lot of bugs related to Internet Explorer that were labeled as Windows vulnerabilities before," said Andrew Storms, director of security operations at nCircle Network Security. Storms was referring to Microsoft's advance notification last week, when the company only divulged that it would issue updates for Windows.
Three of the updates, said Storms - MS09-045, MS09-046 and MS-09-047 - actually are better categorised as Internet Explorer (IE) issues because hackers will exploit the updates' four bugs through IE. "Those are the big problem this month," argued Storms, "because they affect IE when the user is doing the normal thing on the computer ... surfing the Internet."

What is Guillain-Barré Syndrome?
Guillain-Barré syndrome is a disorder in which the body's immune system attacks part of the peripheral nervous system. The first symptoms of this disorder include varying degrees of weakness or tingling sensations in the legs. In many instances, the weakness and abnormal sensations spread to the arms and upper body. These symptoms can increase in intensity until the muscles cannot be used at all and the patient is almost totally paralyzed. In these cases, the disorder is life-threatening and is considered a medical emergency. The patient is often put on a respirator to assist with breathing. Most patients, however, recover from even the most severe cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome, although some continue to have some degree of weakness. Guillain-Barré syndrome is rare. Usually Guillain-Barré occurs a few days or weeks after the patient has had symptoms of a respiratory or gastrointestinal viral infection. Occasionally, surgery or vaccinations will trigger the syndrome. The disorder can develop over the course of hours or days, or it may take up to 3 to 4 weeks. No one yet knows why Guillain-Barré strikes some people and not others or what sets the disease in motion. What scientists do know is that the body's immune system begins to attack the body itself, causing what is known as an autoimmune disease. Guillain-Barré is called a syndrome rather than a disease because it is not clear that a specific disease-causing agent is involved. Reflexes such as knee jerks are usually lost. Because the signals traveling along the nerve are slower, a nerve conduction velocity (NCV) test can give a doctor clues to aid the diagnosis. The cerebrospinal fluid that bathes the spinal cord and brain contains more protein than usual, so a physician may decide to perform a spinal tap.
Is there any treatment?
There is no known cure for Guillain-Barré syndrome, but therapies can lessen the severity of the illness and accelerate the recovery in most patients. There are also a number of ways to treat the complications of the disease. Currently, plasmapheresis and high-dose immunoglobulin therapy are used. Plasmapheresis seems to reduce the severity and duration of the Guillain-Barré episode. In high-dose immunoglobulin therapy, doctors give intravenous injections of the proteins that in small quantities, the immune system uses naturally to attack invading organism. Investigators have found that giving high doses of these immunoglobulins, derived from a pool of thousands of normal donors, to Guillain-Barré patients can lessen the immune attack on the nervous system. The most critical part of the treatment for this syndrome consists of keeping the patient's body functioning during recovery of the nervous system. This can sometimes require placing the patient on a respirator, a heart monitor, or other machines that assist body function.
What is the prognosis?
Guillain-Barré syndrome can be a devastating disorder because of its sudden and unexpected onset. Most people reach the stage of greatest weakness within the first 2 weeks after symptoms appear, and by the third week of the illness 90 percent of all patients are at their weakest. The recovery period may be as little as a few weeks or as long as a few years. About 30 percent of those with Guillain-Barré still have a residual weakness after 3 years. About 3 percent may suffer a relapse of muscle weakness and tingling sensations many years after the initial attack.
