Poor little Isaac wouldn't eat until his Dad took him to the car...was freightened of all the bees invading us.
But had a great day...river was so nice up in the mountains..many folks hiking...and oh the serene sound of the current...
Didn't get my huge pinecones..will wait next month and head up further towards Tahoe...LOL...this lady in a little ice cream cafe told us to be careful going into or close to someone's property for we wouldn't come out alive...many many cannabis gardens...I said I bet the growers wouldn't appreciate her revealing that...LOL!!

......On Tuesday, Anthony's lawyers will file a renewed motion to get the complaint dismissed or delayed until Anthony's death penalty case is over. In the second hearing on Wednesday, Zenaida's attorneys will attempt to get Cindy and George Anthony to answer more questions....

A Florida woman who is a potential suspect in the disappearance of her young stepdaughter denies that her Cape-based brother has anything to do with the missing girl.
Investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department interviewed Timothy Croslin, 23, at the South Yarmouth state police barracks Saturday.
Croslin could not be reached for comment yesterday. But his sister, Misty Croslin-Cummings, said the police wanted to see his phone records.
"My brother has nothing to do with this," she said.
She said her brother lives on Cape Cod, but would not specify which town.
The disappearance of Haleigh Cummings from her Satsuma, Fla., home on Feb. 9 sparked a national missing person search. Her stepmother, 17, put Haleigh to bed and the little girl disappeared sometime during the night.
On Aug. 17, to mark Haleigh's 6th birthday, the Putnam County Sheriff's Department released a statement that said the office has received more than 4,000 leads and conducted 138 formal interviews in the search for the little girl.
They have no specific person of interest yet, though they have cleared the biological parents, Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield.
But police believe Croslin-Cummings is withholding information, according to a press release from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.
"Investigators believe that Misty Croslin-Cummings continues to hold important answers in the case," stated the sheriff's release.
"She has failed to provide any sort of detailed accounting of the hours during the late evening and early morning of Haleigh's disappearance. Furthermore, physical evidence at the scene contradicts Misty's sketchy account of her evening activities. Any citizen with direct knowledge of Misty's activities during that evening or into the early morning is encouraged to report that information to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office."
In a phone interview from Florida yesterday, Croslin-Cummings said she was excited about published reports that investigators were in Massachusetts following up on a tip that Haleigh was seen at an Abington Walmart. The tip was reported by WBZ-TV Sunday and repeated by the Boston Herald.
The Cape Cod Times could not confirm the source of the tip last night.
Haleigh's family wants it to be true.
"Anything that would bring her home or get them (police) off my back, would be most welcome," she said.
Haleigh's grandmother, Teresa Neves of Lake Como, Fla., said the family is hopeful that there may have been a sighting.

I'm falling very early into my hibernation mode ( this usually happens during winter), early to bed, early to rise! Sun, and days getting shorter and shorter..ugg!
Heres hoping everyone has a great day....oh yes, school bus stop was changed farther down street, so no silver going nuts, thank God!

Zenaida Gonzalez filed a defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony, claiming her reputation was damaged when Anthony claimed a nanny by the name of Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez took Caylee.

A judge today listened to lawyers but put off deciding whether to delay or throw out the civil suit against Casey Anthony, a mother accused of killing her daughter last year.
Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez said he hopes to rule on those issues in about a month.
"This is not an easy case," he said.
Casey Anthony's civil attorney, Jonathan Kasen argued the defamation suit should be delayed until her criminal case is resolved.
Another hearing is set for Wednesday (*September 9th at 3:15 p.m. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Geroge and Cindy Anthony to Answer) in the civil case. That's when Mitnik is going to ask the judge to force Casey Anthony's parents to replay to specific questions that they declined to answer during depositions.

And to make it less dizzy looking we have a new shopping cart!
Ribbon did excellent todaywith the trainer !! I am thrilled
We went to the beach this afternoon. It was gorgeous again we had the beach to ourselves. I did take some pics,bay beach was high tide, water looked like glass hardly any wave action.,
I Haven't read what she wrote in the progress notes but from what I saw from my bedroom she looked great .

Mica - Thanks for all the links posted. I sure hope they don't throw out the ZG Civil case. ZG didn't ask for her name to be tarneshed, because of CA lies. She went through a lot by losing her job and a lot of critizism on top of it all. She deserves to have her day in court IMO. My bod runs on the sunlight and lately since it gets light later in morning, I've been woke up to the alarm clock UGGG... Hate hearing that thing, but it does what it is supposed to do. Good to hear you got the blinds down and replaced with curtains. That's not an easy job to do

Judge Could Force George, Cindy Anthony To Talk
Posted: 5:54 pm EDT September 8, 2009Updated: 6:10 pm EDT September 8, 2009ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony could be forced to answer more questions in the civil case against their daughter Casey after a hearing Wednesday. Tuesday, the judge decided not to rule on whether to throw out the case.
Zenaida Gonzalez has the same name as the woman who Casey named as her daughter's kidnapper. Gonzalez is suing Casey for defamation. The attorneys for Gonzalez said the Anthonys were difficult, so now they want a judge to order them to talk.
"I'm not answering that," George Anthony told Keith Mitnik while being deposed.
"You are refusing to answer it," Mitnik told him.
"Take it anyway you want to take it," George said. "I'm not answering it."
That's the answer George gave to Mitnik when he asked George if Casey Anthony ever stole money from other people.
The attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez say George, Cindy and Lee Anthony have been combative and uncooperative during depositions.
"I'm not going to mic up. If someone does it I'm filing harassment charges," Cindy Anthony said during her deposition.
Mitnik will go before the judge Wednesday and ask him to order the Anthonys to answer some more of his questions. If the judge orders the Anthonys to answer the questions and they refuse they could be held in contempt of court.
"We thought it was inappropriate for him not to answer. He has no Fifth Amendment rights, so we expect some answers," Mitnik said.
George and Cindy Anthonys' attorney, Brad Conway, said he doesn't feel his clients should have to answer the questions, because it may be used in the criminal case. He also feels the other attorneys are using the depositions inappropriately by distributing it to the media and have created unnecessary scrutiny for the Anthonys.
Gonzalez's attorneys are also upset at private investigator Dominique Casey. He didn't even show up for his deposition.
Brad Conway said the Anthonys will probably not show up Wednesday. The hearing is set for 3:15 Wednesday.

Mitnik will go before the judge Wednesday and ask him to order the Anthonys to answer some more of his questions. If the judge orders the Anthonys to answer the questions and they refuse they could be held in contempt of court.
"We thought it was inappropriate for him not to answer. He has no Fifth Amendment rights, so we expect some answers," Mitnik said.
George and Cindy Anthonys' attorney, Brad Conway, said he doesn't feel his clients should have to answer the questions, because it may be used in the criminal case. He also feels the other attorneys are using the depositions inappropriately by distributing it to the media and have created unnecessary scrutiny for the Anthonys.
Gonzalez's attorneys are also upset at private investigator Dominique Casey. He didn't even show up for his deposition.
Brad Conway said the Anthonys will probably not show up Wednesday. The hearing is set for 3:15 Wednesday.

If you watched this in reverse order it would be more how my day went today. Granted it's not Monday nor close to Friday, but the getting up before the birds are even up Ugg. Once I got to work I was more like the Penguin and non stop.

I would like to see the show too, but I am suspecting we might not hear about it When I read over the questions again that GA and CA wouldn't answer about if Casey killed her daughter that would pretty much rap up the murder trial all at same time. That is a yes or no question and if they lie under oath then they will be jailed too under a few different charges and Casey would most likely get the death penalty.

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The family of missing 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings speaks out about new information in the case. Over the weekend investigators traveled to Cape Cod, Massachusetts to talk with her stepmother's brother Timothy Croslin and his wife.
On Tuesday Putnam County deputies confirm they made the trip but, it's family members who gave FOX 35 the scoop on what they wanted to know.
The last person to see the Haleigh was her father's girlfriend, now wife, Misty Croslin, who placed the 911 call alerting police to Haleigh's disappearance.
Haleigh's aunt and uncle who used to live in Putnam County moved to Massachusetts a few months ago. Family members say an investigator went out there on Saturday and met with the couple.
Haleigh is Lindsey Croslin’s niece by marriage. She has put her home on the market, and is trying to sell off a lot of her stuff. She says she's not feeling very safe any more in this Satsuma neighborhood. “I feel like I’m setting up my children to get stolen because they're here and this is where it happened.”
Haleigh lived just around the corner from Lindsay Croslin. The mother of three says between the family bickering and the public ridicule is getting to be too much so she plans to join her brother in law Tim and his wife Chelsea in Massachusetts.
The couple was questioned on Saturday by investigators but Lindsey Croslin is confident it was simply standard procedure. In fact she's happy to hear deputies are really working this case. “They had Chelsea in questioning for like 14 hours. Yeah, they took her in the morning, let her go home and got her again. Asked her the same basic questions, do you know anything about haleigh, did you or Tim try to help misty to hide haleigh...yeah. Crazy questions.”
Lindsey Croslin says the family has started to pull away from Misty Croslin-Cummings who has failed several polygraph tests.

Caught the news last night...all I have listened to of Tracey...WOW!!! No wonder defense team does not want LP & his gang to speak in trial...
And so much even of Cindy, WOW!!!!....She is gonna get death row no doubt!!!
Now Haleigh case...this is all coming to a head .. why the heck did misty's brother do whatever he did with haleigh...what reason????? and do you all belive there was a sighting of her in MA? I can't wait until they get the sighting on camera!!
If this ends up that misty's brother took haleigh...she will be fried meat for not admitting in the beginning....this is all so bizarre.
What's your feelings on it gals?
